These terms apply when you use Bualora, a conversation game operated by TACHYS X SDN BHD. By continuing, you agree to use the game respectfully and lawfully.

Play with consent
Bualora starts conversations; it does not require anyone to answer. Every player may skip a card or end a session. Do not use Bualora to pressure, threaten, harass, discriminate against, exploit, or harm another person.
Accounts and platform features
Accounts are optional. The website offers Google sign-in and, where available, Sign in with Apple; the iOS app offers Sign in with Apple, Google sign-in, and email sign-in; the Android app offers Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to the account secure and for giving accurate information. You can delete your account in the iOS or Android app, or request deletion from the website. The free Android app and its offline game modes do not require an account, purchase, or internet connection.
Features differ by platform. Online Rooms, web notifications, and web purchases may require an internet connection and third-party services. Do not try to bypass access controls or use another person’s account, room, or purchase entitlement.
Purchases and cancellation
Website payments are processed by Stripe under the price and renewal terms shown before checkout. If an account with a linked active website subscription is deleted, Bualora will attempt to cancel that subscription first. Payment, refund, tax, and dispute records may be retained where required.
Your questions and rooms
You are responsible for custom questions you write. Do not enter unlawful content or another person’s confidential information without permission. Bualora does not review or endorse private custom prompts.
Room links and codes are invitations, not passwords. Share them only with your group. Service interruptions may end a live session. Do not disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to Bualora.
Content and availability
Bualora content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the app for personal gameplay but may not resell, republish, or copy its card library as another product.
The service is provided as available. Bualora is a social game, not medical, legal, financial, counselling, or emergency advice.
Changes and contact
We may improve Bualora or these terms. Material changes will be shown with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to hello@bualora.com.
